For the last 20 years I have used a color code in my Bible! It has been such a great way of getting to know who God is as I study His Word. If you are interested in learning more about my color code, you can do that on my YouTube channel here

Here are my favorite pens and highlighters for color-coding and Bible Journaling!

PILOT G-TECH C4 - I like these for underlining, not writing.

I LIKE:
-They create a thin line (.4)
-They are the right colors for my color code!

I DON'T LIKE:
-They don't cross over to writing very well. Definitely an underlining pen.
-They aren't click pens. They have a cap.
-If you are heavy handed, they might bleed.

ZEBRA SARASAI wish it was thinner!

I LIKE:
-Roller Ball
-Click pen
-LOTS of colors!

GOOD BUT COULD BE BETTER:
-I would like thinner. It's .5, which is great! I just like a thin line in my Bible.

PILOT FRIXION ERASABLE!!

I LIKE:
-Comes in a bunch of colors
-Is ERASABLE! (Great for beginners and perdectionists)
-Even comes in a .38 version!

I DON'T LIKE:
-If you leave it in a hot car the ink disappears. It's like a high-risk high-reward game.

SHARPIE PENINVINCIBLE!!

I LIKE:
-It comes in ALL Colors
-LASTS FOREVER it seems!

I DON'T LIKE:
-The longer you use it, the duller the point gets
-Has to be a journaling Bible for it not to bleed through (slightly thicker pages)
-I don't prefer the marker tip, I like roller balls.

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PEN:
PILOT JUICE UP 04LAST FOREVER!

I LIKE:
-Literally EVERYTHING
-Writes smooth but doesn't smear
-Comes in the right colors
-Thin line
-Transfers well to writing from underlining.

PILOT FRIXON HIGHLIGHTER IN PASTEL COLORSDO NOT BLEED & ERASABLE

I LIKE:
-Not super bold, blends well
-Doesn't beed
-Erasable

I DON'T LIKE
-If you leave it in a hot car the ink disappears.

HIGHLIGTER ZEBRA MIDLINERS

I LIKE:
-Two side optios. I only use the fine side.
-Lasts a long time!

I DON'T LIKE:
-Bleeds a little if you use the bold side or are heavy handed
